Sonesta Hotel Bucaramanga, Floridablanca

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms felt a bit small for our family, almost like a studio apartment, they were definitely spacious enough for a few days' stay. The service, without a doubt, was the greatest I have ever encountered; the staff were kind and helpful even before we arrived at the hotel. The location was convenient, especially being connected to two of the best shopping malls and close to hospitals. However, the dining options were average at best, and the breakfast had to be booked a day in advance.
